Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kg990 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the kg990 website at https://kg990.app and all associated services, features, tools, and content made available through that domain.

By completing the registration process on kg990, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of the type offered is not prohibited by applicable law; (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; and (e) all information you provide during registration and subsequently is accurate, complete, and current.

kg990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsist ency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and kg990. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of kg990 services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section.

Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain an active account on kg990, you must at all times: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and keep it updated thereafter; (d) not be registered as a self-excluded player on kg990 or any associated platform; and (e) not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of kg990 or any of its technology or content partners.

One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on kg990. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kg990 will close all secondary accounts, void any bonuses claimed through those accounts, and may apply restrictions to the primary account. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been opened in their name must notify support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. kg990 operates a mandatory identity verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practice. Upon triggering a KYC review — typically at first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at our discretion — you will be asked to provide: (a) a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of address issued within the last three months; and (c) in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the request notice may result in withdrawal holds until verification is successfully completed.

Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg990 login credentials, including your username and password. • Prohibited registrants: Persons under 18; employees and immediate family members of kg990 or its partners; persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited; persons who are currently self-excluded from kg990.
• Registration information: Full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account currency: All kg990 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

kg990 offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion detail page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page prior to opt-in. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only and not to your cash balance. Games contribute differently toward wagering completion — typically slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game categories (for example, sports betting accumulators with certain conditions) may contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms, measured from the date of bonus activation. Bonus funds and free spin winnings not wagered or used within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically without prior notification.

Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum bet per spin or per stake on any game is ৳500 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Placing a bet exceeding the maximum permitted value during an active bonus may result in the voiding of the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated from bets exceeding the cap, at kg990's sole discretion.

Bonus Abuse & Multiple Account Exploitation. Bonus promotions are intended for the personal recreational use of the eligible player. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bots or automated tools to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, kg990 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings without compensation and to permanently close the accounts involved.

• Opt-in requirement: Most bonuses require explicit opt-in via the Promotions page or Cashier before making the qualifying deposit. Bonuses are not applied retroactively to deposits made before opt-in.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: Stated per promotion. Typically ৳500 for welcome offers and ৳200 for reload promotions.
• Cash balance vs. bonus balance: Your account may hold a cash balance and a bonus balance simultaneously. Cash funds are always wagered first. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the full wagering requirement on an active bonus, the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings attributed to that bonus will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
• Promotions availability: kg990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not adversely affect players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on kg990 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — kg990 reserves the right to take action against any conduct it reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access kg990 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a person under 18.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, payment method, or financial documents without their explicit authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using kg990 for any purpose connected with laundering the proceeds of criminal activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering intent.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit promotional mechanics, including multi-accounting for bonus claims, arbitrage between competing bonuses, and use of automated tools to complete wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets to achieve a predetermined outcome or unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a financial institution for funds that were successfully deposited and used for wagering on kg990. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will result in permanent account closure.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with kg990's casino or sportsbook in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in kg990's software or provider game code for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communications directed at kg990 staff, support agents, or other players via any channel.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

kg990 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. This section sets out the responsible gaming tools available to all kg990 players and the obligations both parties carry under this framework.

Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period from the date of the request before the new higher limit applies, giving you time to reconsider.

Session Time Reminders. You may configure session time reminders that display an on-screen notification after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours of continuous gameplay. These reminders are designed to help you stay aware of how long you have been playing. They do not automatically end a session — ending a session remains within your control.

Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be made via the Responsible Gaming section of your account or by contacting support directly at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in force: (a) your account will be immediately suspended; (b) all marketing communications will be halted; (c) you will not be permitted to create a new account during the exclusion period; and (d) any request to reinstate the account before the exclusion period expires will be refused. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

18+ Obligation. You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further agree that you will not allow any person under 18 years of age to access your account, device, or credentials. If you share a device with minors, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that your kg990 account is not accessible to them, for example by using device-level parental controls or by logging out of your account when not in use.

• Reality checks: kg990 may display periodic pop-up reality checks showing your net gaming session result and time spent. These are informational and do not interrupt gameplay unless you choose to act on them.
• Cooling-off period: A cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days is available as a lighter alternative to full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but deposits and wagering are disabled.
• Underage protection: kg990 conducts age verification checks at registration and at various points during the account lifecycle. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Suspected underage accounts are suspended immediately pending verification.
